Kualifikasi Umum
1. 1 – 4 years experience as Sales Key Account or Trade Marketing in FMCG industry OR sales person who familiar with solution selling.
2. Assertive personality with data-driven decisions and fact-based communication. Fluent in English is a must.
3. Highly passionate about sustainability topics.
4. Ability to work with young, highly dynamic environment and willing to learn something new.

- Execute end-to-end sales process (strategic sales planning, sales execution, and joint business plans).
- Become a commercial squad team member that will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure cross department collaboration.
- Establish the data-driven and drive the result-based culture in the commercial team.

Our Vision is to be the first choice partner to decarbonize the world with meaningful impact. To achieve that, we are working to inspire and enable climate action, while improving the livelihood of communities and enhancing biodiversity.
In 2019, we started our first blue carbon conservation with mangroves in Thousand Island, Jakarta. Over the years, CarbonEthics has contributed significantly to balancing the climate as we successfully planted 77,3K biota with 5.3K tonnes of CO2e sequestration potential. We are eager to expand our impact by actively collaborating with our sustainable partners.
