· Having min 7 years experience in the related field (energy, new energy, carbon)
· having working experience with similar industries / private equity firm
· Can communicate well in English both oral and written
· good analytical and strong leadership
· can work under pressure and tight deadline

· Presentation to investor and Management
· Making Financial model
· Due diligent project
· Fund raising for project purpose
· Design various refinancing plans and strategies and provide update progress
· Analyze various mergers and acquisitions by organization, identify issues and assist in appropriate resolution.
· Monitor all results for process and maintain quality to improve businesses.
