Kualifikasi Umum :
• Assure the ISO 9001, SMK3, FSSC 22000 is running well
• Assure WWTP system is running well by checking its outlet in order to fulfill the government regulation
• Assure all B3 non B3 waste is well and correct handled and thrown according to the existing government regulation
• Held training regarding HSE towards all employee
• Lead the incident investigation by finding the correct root cause
• Review and assure all SOP is well updated and well implemented
• Fulfill all government regulation regarding HSE regulation
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university and related major
• Having minimum 5 years experiences as HSE Manager (preferably from foreign company in FMCG)
• Those who having 10 years’ experience as HSE assistant Manager are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable and certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, SMK3, 5R
• Preferably having experience from fast moving consumer good (FMCG) in Industrial 4.0
• Own good analytical skills & able to work in continuous priority scale
• Highly organized, mature, work independently, self-motivated personality
• Good communication skill & interpersonal skill.
