Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum D3 education majoring in Environmental Engineering & Occupational Safety and Health (K3) or relevant
- Have good communication skills
- Must have an AK3U certificate
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the same field
- Understanding ISO 9001,14001 and 45001
- Understand all K3 activities (CSMS, HSE Plan, HIRADC, P2K3, PPE Management, Fire Protection, Incident Investigation, K3 Law, etc.)
- Experience in managing compliance and regulations in the environmental field including licenses and permits related to the environment
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create a document to analyze environmental risks and impacts on each work activity
- Monitoring of environmental and OSH compliance reports
- Create HSE and environment reports for both internal and external
- Conducting K3L safety inspections, work permit records both daily and monthly, tool box meetings, safety talks, emergency response drills, etc.
- Person in charge of ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 control documents
- Establish and implement HSE policies and procedures within the company in accordance with applicable terms & regulations
- Conduct an investigation and complete the process to close all accident & incident investigation reports
- Conduct Safety Induction to guests or new employees
- Fill out documents and provide the documents needed for the Audit
- Carry out HSE audits (K3 Audit) regularly and report findings to management
- Coordinating all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste (B3)
- Actively supporting production and operational teams in all aspects of Health, Safety, and Work Environment (K3) issues
- Implementing the 5R program
