- Final year student or Fresh Graduate from Psychology or Human Resources Management major
- Have knowledge about Psychology of Industry and Organization
- Able to Internship for 6 months and can join immediately
- Able to work in hybrid for Monday to Friday
- Willing to learn new things
- Good communication skills in English both oral and written Energetic, enthusiastic, responsible, and quick to learn. Willing to grow fast in renewable energy startups

• Support the full cycle of recruitment process (CV screening & interview scheduling) and the engagement program (end-to-end)
• Assist HR to do with administrative and HR task
