Kualifikasi Umum:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering preferred in Industrial/Chemical/Process Engineering related
- Minimum five (2) years of project development experience in Owner, Engineering consultancy, EPC or similar preferred
- Extensive knowledge of technical solutions and ability to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the use of the latest or industry-standard design & engineering design for green chemicals, green energy or petrochemical technologies
- Excellent leadership skills in guiding project development planning & management
- Capabilities in building good network/engagement with partners including managing technology partnership/engineering consultants
- Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate strategy to fellow engineers and to management
- Having experience in green energy (Biomass, Biogas, Waste Heat Recovery, Green Hydrogen, Ammonia) would be a plus.
