Kualifikasi Umum
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent,
• Having knowledge of building systems,
• Having experience in design, construction, and/or building operational minimum 1 (one) year,
• Required to work with AutoCAD and SketchUp software,
• Having the ability to work with simulation software will be an advantage, such as energy simulation (eQUEST, EnergyPlus, IES VE, and equal), lighting simulation (Dialux Evo, ClimateStudio, and equal), CFD simulation, or BIM,
• Ability to meet deadlines.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Carry out consultations on sustainability and green certifications projects,
• Carry out analysis to improve the performance of built environments,
• Managing and coordinating green building assessments, such as GREENSHIP, LEED, WELL, and EDGE,
• Delivering measurements and simulations to enhance the building performance
