Kualifikasi Umum :

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Law, Management, or Environmental Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, Risk, or Sustainability preferably in food or creative Industry
• Experience in setting up ESG function and program for a large organization preferred
• Hands-on experience with Government policies and Sustainability regulations as well as monitoring
• Progressive, analytical and forward-thinking business culture
• Operations background would be beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Good creativity and willing to learn new things
• Professional English proficiency
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
• Participate in the development of the company’s ESG strategy and implements the strategy
• Contribute to the development and publication of ESG reports including collecting data, material metrics, and consolidating information requests
• Collect, manage, and submit content to key ESG rating firms and track score progress
• Collaborate with key internal teams on relevant data and target setting
• Advise on and develop ESG standards, principles, and policies
• Conduct benchmarking, follow trends, and provide best practices for ESG disclosures while identifying gaps and presenting solutions
• Develop and maintain tools and mechanisms to evaluate, track and report on progress against company ESG goals
• Ensure that corporate governance is properly established, developed, and maintained, and oversee the proper management of the company
• Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance.
• Provide guidance on the work processes of the Corporate Secretary as a liaison between the company, investors, and other stakeholders both internal and external, in accordance with the regulations that the company must comply with
• Be responsible for the implementation of corporate governance.
