- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in corporate finance or a related field
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic decision-making, including merger and acquisition analysis, capital investment evaluations, and financial forecasting.
- Conduct valuation analyses using various methodologies, such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses to support strategic planning, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and risk assessment.
- Assist in the conduct of financial due diligence on potential acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to corporate finance, as needed.
- Capital structure Management
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, interest rate risks, and market volatility, to protect the company’s financial position.
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements.Fulfillment of bank compliances.
