  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of negotiation and facilitate the process of negotiation on contracts as sub-negotiator with each client to ensure effective negotiation in order to obtain the most preferred terms, conditions and program.
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of contract to ensure services to client are conducted according to targeted timeline as per agreed contract.
  • Coordinate with other departments on the status of servicing works and provide regular updates to customer.
  • Manage and monitor the implementation phase, identify adjustments as per clients’ needs or as per production data to ensure any necessary actions are handled for effective and timely delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate communication activities with clients in order to accommodate any necessary adjustments requested to ensure effective implementation of contract.
  • Manage, monitor and review completeness and accuracy of all invoices to ensure any the billing is well executed according to the agreed contract.
  • Managing the invoicing processes: checking that invoices are correctly issued, checking the data and information transmitted by the customer, checking the conformity of payment and customer information, managing payment deadlines and delays.
  • Maintain existing customers by utilizing creative problem solving and negotiation skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time.
