Business Development Manager – BESS – Solar PV


  • Bachelor degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years for a Bachelor Degree with similar experience in the Renewable Segment.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, and be able to work independently.
  • High energy, motivating, and team-building skills.
  • Self-reliant and works with minimum supervision.
  • Solid foundation in technology—computer skills and CRM experience are a plus.
  • Stable work history.
  • Able to multi task and communicate well with all levels.
  • Able to think outside the box and apply innovation and creativity to suggested solutions
  • Has experience in designing and commissioning a fire alarm system
  • Has experience reading and understanding the industrial schematic drawing
  • Able to operate updated AutoCAD software or equivalent software
  • Able to travel domestically or overseas for business trip 

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Maintain key account and potential customers in order to achieve yearly budget
  • Sharing with customer related to one-stop solution by JJLAPP for Renewable Segment
  • Develop new customer for Mining Segments and Utility segments
  • Coordinate with Principle for technical and commercial issue and concerns
  • Have a good relationship with customer and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Having good coordination with Finance team in order to achieve sales target
  • Liaise with CS team in order to deliver the goods on time
  • Be the point of competency and coordination with our regional team and supplier.
  • Understand our customers business, behavior and company structure to provide a solution through efficient technical and commercial service and support.
  • Establish healthy relations to existing and potential customers in order to create and maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and increase Lapp brand awareness in the market.
  • Train, develop, supervise, and motivate the sales team to equip them with sound product knowledge, systems, strategy, and selling skills to ensure effective implementation of the RBU/company/department strategy in order to derive optimal performance.
  • Regional Champion and Facilitator for Sales Development
  • Supervise and ensure that all necessary reports are submitted on time.
  • Create and maintain a fair, democratic, and good working environment.
  • Together with company management, maintain a cohesive and stable workforce.
  • Cooperate with other departments to achieve the overall company benefit.
  • Training, learning, and personnel development are important to grow our future business. The company will provide training to all staff, who must attend the assigned trainings to improve their competencies and skills.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the sales manager from time to time.
