• Solar, roofing, or construction experience is highly preferred
• A minimum of 1-2 experience working in Project Management
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to manage long-term relationships with customers, colleagues, and utilities
• High level of organization and professionalism
Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, and follow-up skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations
• Ability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision
• Foresight and desire to take initiative to achieve desired results
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Assure that all required documents are in order prior to submission of rebate applications for both pre-installation and post-installation approval
• Submission of all online documents and electronic files for battery rebate applications
• Utilize conflict management skills and escalate issues as needed
• Communicate effectively with office personnel using a professional approach
• Call customers to gather billing documentation and some bill collecting
• Proactively communicate to customers to provide project status updates
• Problem solve to push jobs forward in a timely manner
• Be able to use knowledge and sincerity to overcome customer frustrations around battery challenges
• Provide daily reports and update to management
• Perform other duties and tasks as needed
