Kualifikasi Umum:
- Has a keen interest and enthusiasm for sustainability in buildings and infrastructure and is passionate about environmental issues.
- Minimum 2 years in the environmental or sustainability design, engineering, and construction industry for buildings.
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Having extensive knowledge or experience in water resources management is a must.
- Having a general knowledge in designing water systems or plumbing-related MEP components such as pumps, rainwater harvesting, water distribution, wastewater recycling, and drainage systems.
- Possessing knowledge of permaculture principles or nature-based wastewater recycling solutions will be a huge advantage.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD.
- Can communicate in English (written and verbally).
- Possess a strong analytical and systems thinking foundation and be able to think critically and solve practical problems.
- Teamwork and communication skills are a must to be successful in any role at Eco Mantra.
- A resident of Bali is highly encouraged to apply.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Manage or support project managers in Environmental Sustainable Design projects.
- Designing water resources infrastructure such as water catchment, stormwater management, retaining pond/dam, water discharge, and recharge points.
- Designing integrated water distribution systems for buildings that include raw water, clean water, hot water, wastewater, and rainwater systems, follows the principles of sustainability that Mantra has developed.
- Coordinate with project design teams such as clients, architects, landscape, civil, contractors, and other related consultants in implementing the ESD & MEP designs in projects.
- Check and review produced MEP drawings and distribute the drawings to the related parties.
- Conduct market and cost research for water or waste system component items, including material specification and unit price analysis.
- Coordinate with contractors on-site during construction – delivering construction monitoring services and finding appropriate solutions for arising problems.
- Research and development for various topics related to ESD and climate change.
