Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geography, Forestry, Geodesy, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position on projects related to forestry land use.
- Experience in MRV processes for Carbon projects (Verra, Gold Standard).
- Proficiency in GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and remote sensing tools.
- Experience in interpreting medium-resolution satellite imagery (e.g., Landsat, Sentinel-2, Planet, etc.).
- Experience in operating and analyzing drone data for mapping and monitoring (e.g., Orthomosaic).
- Experience in using data collection tools such as Smart Patrol, ODK, or KoboToolbox.
- Ability to use field measurement tools like handheld GPS and drones for mapping purposes.
- Basic knowledge of satellite image analysis for land cover mapping and change detection, forest carbon calculation, and biomass estimation.
- Good communication, analytical, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Preferably domiciled in West Kalimantan or willing to be placed in Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan.
- Able to join immediately.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting field measurements and mapping using GPS-based surveys and drones to support the planning and implementation of ARR (Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation).
- Supporting forest protection and biodiversity conservation monitoring through geospatial analysis and mapping, utilizing fire alerts and tree cover loss analysis, and PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) analysis.
- Conducting drone mapping for high-resolution monitoring of ARR areas, forest protection, and early detection of fire-prone areas.
- Producing high-quality maps, layouts, and spatial visualization for project reporting and validation.
- Collecting and managing geospatial datasets from field activities and credible sources.
