Kualifikasi umum :
• Minimum Bachelor of Electrical/Mechanical/ Physics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in Solar PV EPC or 5 years experience in Electrical EPC as Senior Management
• Strong quantitative/analytical thinking capabilities
• Experienced in project delivery, project management, and change management
• Understands basic business process and cash flow report
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Age 30-40 years old
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
• Manage and lead PV EPC Division (Sales, Engineering, and Project Management Team). Current Headcount : 50++ Office Team.
• Close collaboration with BOD to maximize revenue, profit, and growth by implementing Lean Construction strategies.
• Collaborate with all other divisions to ensure seamless end to end EPC project execution to meet the project KPI (on time, on budget, on spec, safety).
• Ensure effective and efficient manpower planning including personnel assignment and recruitment.
• Develop, review, and ensure implementation of standards, procedures, and policy.
• Leading the team in improvements and critical problem solving efforts.
