- A bachelor’s degree in an environmental science/engineering, Health & Safety Environment Engineer, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent at using MS Office (Word, excel and PPT)
- Native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia; advanced level of English, both written and spoken
- Passion for renewable energy and an entrepreneurial mindset are greatly appreciated
- Flexible and trustworthy
- Good interpersonal skill, Self-driven and proactive.
- Cross-functional coordination capability.
- Strong planning and organizational skills as well as the ability to lead and promote teamwork.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Development and maintain of site-specific documentation and templates that include the Safety Program File (ES&HS Procedure, SOP and WI), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA), Emergency Response Plans, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), work permit, and Site Induction.
- Managing the effective implementation of appropriate Health & Safety, Environmental & Social (H&S, E&S) management system procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in legislation and the customer’s directive for multisite projects.
- Participates in ES&HS related discussions and Site toolbox talk, Contractor meeting, Client Weekly/Monthly Meetings, Safety Committee Meetings and Staff Meetings.
- Assist, deliver, and organize ES&HS training to employee and contractor.
- Coordinate with internal BECIS team and external from contractor & third party to assist and enhance their ES&HS competency and delivery.
- Perform ES&HS audit both internal & external and inspection in project construction site and operation site to verify consistency with ES&HS procedural, client requirements, ES&HS regulatory requirements and, contractor ES&HS plan.
- Coordinates and assists Site Manager with Incident Investigations to determine Root Cause and recommend appropriate Corrective Actions and Preventive Action.
- Prepare and follow up the ES&HS reports and records on weekly/monthly contractor ES&HS report, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions from, unsafe observation, incident, Grievance mechanism, Environmental compliances and monitoring, Waste management and system performance.
- Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and coordinate these with local teams.
- Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.
- Perform ES&HS tasks or other duties as required.
