Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ESIA, AMDAL, or environmental assessment.
- Hands-on experience in the preparation or implementation of ESIA and AMDAL is required.
- Experience in carbon emissions, GHG, carbon footprint, or carbon accounting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and AMDAL processes, including relevant environmental documents and requirements.
- Good understanding of ESIA, environmental impact assessment, environmental management, and environmental compliance.
- Good understanding of GHG emissions, carbon accounting, carbon reduction, and climate change.
- Experience in mining, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or large-scale projects is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with AMDAL/ESIA consultants, government authorities, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Strong environmental data analysis and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and coordinate the preparation and implementation of ESIA, AMDAL, and environmental assessments for company projects.
- Conduct Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies, including baseline studies, impact identification, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Directly participate in the preparation, review, and implementation of AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment).
- Monitor compliance with environmental requirements and AMDAL commitments throughout project implementation.
- Coordinate with environmental consultants, project teams, contractors, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders regarding ESIA and AMDAL matters.
- Collect and analyze environmental data as part of ESIA and AMDAL processes.
- Participate in carbon emission / GHG emission assessments, including emission data collection and analysis.
- Support carbon footprint calculation, carbon accounting, and identification of emission sources.
- Support the development of carbon reduction / emission reduction strategies and sustainability programs.
