Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Social Development, Engineering, Economics, Business, or other sustainability-related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in ESG or sustainability.
- Experience in preparing Sustainability Reports in accordance with national regulations and international reporting standards.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and a strong willingness to continuously learn and keep abreast of developments in ESG, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Willingness to travel to mine sites as required.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop Sustainability Reports and ensure their alignment with national regulations and international sustainability reporting standards.
- Support the implementation of materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the development and periodic review of sustainability policies, strategies, targets, and roadmaps.
- Monitor progress against sustainability targets and key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data.
- Ensure ESG data and supporting documentation are maintained accurately, consistently, and with appropriate traceability.
- Monitor developments in ESG regulations, standards, trends, and best practices relevant to the diversified mining industry, including peer benchmarking.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials related to ESG performance and initiatives.
