- Min. 5 years experience in related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in data management and Ms. Excel
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Excellent in English both verbal and writing skills
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, develop, and execute ESG program
- Create new ESG initiatives, especially in Environment area that would improve environmental sustainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ESG strategies aligned with the company’s goal and values
- Conduct in-depth impact assessments and evaluations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our impact strategy and initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of ESG performance by quantifying the environment impact of sustainability initiatives and program’s scalability.
- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of programs execution.
