ESG Specialist

Kualifikasi Umum

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related roles, preferably in forestry, natural resources, or land use sectors.
  2. Proven track record in managing stakeholder relations, sustainability reporting, and policy engagement.
• Skills:
  1. Strong knowledge of global ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, SDGs, TCFD, Verra, FSC).
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage communications, relationships, and reporting with investors, financial institutions, and donors on sustainable finance initiatives.
• Policy and Framework Development: Develop, implement, and monitor ESG-related policies and the company’s impact framework to align with regulatory standards and global best practices.
• Sustainability Reporting: Prepare Sustainability Reports in line with international standards and create public communication materials to highlight the company’s sustainability practices and programs.
• Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy to build awareness and thought leadership in the forestry and land use sector through strategic content, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Advocacy and Representation: Represent the company in national and international forums, advocating for sustainable forestry and land-use policies and building alliances with key stakeholders.
