Kualifikasi Umum
- College degree or above, majoring in environmental engineering, safety management, sociology, public administration or related fields is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in ESG, community relations, and environmental management in mining, agriculture, or industrial projects are preferred.
- Familiar with environmental protection regulations, mining supervision requirements and community relations management in Indonesia.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian are required. Those who can use English for daily work are preferred.
- Possess strong communication and coordination skills as well as a spirit of teamwork, and be able to adapt to the working environment in the mining area.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for environmental protection in the mining area, assist in conducting environmental monitoring, environmental management and environmental compliance inspections.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with communities, villages and related stakeholders around the mining area to maintain good community relations.
- Assist in connecting with relevant government departments, and follow up on the approval and reporting work related to environmental protection, safety and community affairs.
- Responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, and tracking the project execution status.
- Responsible for the collection, organization and report compilation of ESG-related data, providing support to the company’s management.
