Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of project management experience in the photovoltaic industry.
- During the tenure as a project manager, independently undertaken on-site management of at least 3 projects with a capacity of over 1MW each.
- Strong communication skills and adept at handling relationships with multiple parties on site.
- Able to interpret and review drawings and propose reasonable suggestions for design improvements.
- Familiar with construction specifications and relevant regulations, with strong emergency handling capabilities.
- Excellent team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, conscientious, eager to learn, strong communication and coordination skills, good health, and able to adapt to travel.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Second-Class or higher Constructor qualification (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Class B Safety), and those with rich construction management experience.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Comprehensively responsible for the organization, implementation, and site management of photovoltaic engineering projects, including safety, quality, progress, contract, costing, coordination, and other management tasks.
- Coordinate relationships with all parties related to project construction, such as the construction unit, supervision unit, supply unit, government departments, etc., resolve various issues arising during construction, and ensure the smooth progress of construction.
- Independently complete site construction organization design, construction schemes, construction schedules, preparation and submission of construction process documents, compilation of completion documents, summary of completion drawings, and related work.
- Handle project visas, coordinate and organize partial acceptance and final acceptance of the project, ensure timely delivery of the project, follow up on project payments, and facilitate audits.
- Coordinate with the power supply company and relevant departments for acceptance and handle related grid connection procedures.
- Be responsible for rectification and handling after project completion, after-sales visits, and quality maintenance work.
