Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Environmental Science, Engineering or any equivalent.
- Have good knowledge of industrial landscape and local communities.
- Ability to analyze data and assess ESG risks and opportunities is crucial
- Ability to work across different disciplines and collaborate with various teams is beneficial.
- Demonstrated a commitment to ethical practices and sustainability is fundamental.
- Demonstrated experience in complex stakeholder management at various levels of government, industry, and government.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Minimum of 3-years of managerial level experience in corporate ESG or sustainability.
- Knowledge and experience in global environmental standards and framework.
- Proven experience in dealing with HSSE & ESG Implementation.
- Experience designing or redesigning an ESG program.
- Experience in the financial sector, in embedding ESG considerations within risk assessments and in investment processes, will be an asset.

- Familiar with UKL-UPL, AMDAL, ESIA, ESDD, accident / incident investigation, ESMS, ISO, SMK3.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Visible ESG Leadership as well HSSE aspect.
- Supporting the organization to successfully execute its ESG Strategy, ensuring alignment with the business’s wider strategies and goals.
- Including owning and managing the implementation of targeted ESG initiatives set out in the annual ESG Action Plan.
- Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the ESG Action Plan.
- Supporting the development of the de-carbonization plans, including reduction target setting.
- Developing and execute corporate ESG/sustainability initiatives and strategies.
- Reviewing and analyzing corporate activities and providing recommendations related to enhancing the ESG/sustainability Strategy, methods, framework, and related tools.
- Creating policies and guidelines related to sustainability program effecting ESG in the organization
- Dealing, Leading & Responsible for due diligence process with lenders.
- Acting as a technical expert on sustainability frameworks, standards, reporting and disclosures.
- Advising the business on the practical application of sustainability frameworks and standards.
- Preparing reports for consumption by the business on performance against ESG targets/KPIs.
