Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation, preferably in Data Center, Industrial, or infrastructure projects. However, fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Experience in supervising fieldwork and working with contractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (basic).Understanding of PTW (Permit to Work), QA/QC processes, and basic project documentation.
- Willing to work at project sites (long hours if needed).
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia, and English (reading technical documents, writing reports and speaking).
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in reviewing electrical design drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and shop drawings. Supervise the installation of:
- MV/LV Panel Systems
- Cabling & Termination
- Grounding & Lightning Protection
- Genset & Synchronization
- UPS & Battery System
- ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm).
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure installation meets project specs and timelines.
- Monitor site progress and report issues to Site Manager or Project Manager.
- Perform quality checks and participate in Testing & Commissioning processes.
- Ensure all electrical works adhere to safety standards (HSE) and proper work permit procedures.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports for management and clients.
