Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Background in urban and regional planning, environmental planning, development studies, social science, and other related educational backgrounds.
- High interest and relevant experience in research or projects related to disaster management, climate change adaptation, community resilience, and/or urban resilience is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with related datasets (e.g. disaster impact, climate, socio-demographic) and the ability to perform basic spatial or statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods; experience with statistical software, GIS tools, and policy analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, essential for maintaining positive relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Possess a strong growth mindset, advanced analytical skills (particularly in social policy analysis), sharp critical thinking, and excellent academic writing abilities.
