Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare supply chain, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to Papua approximately twice a year (with full company support).
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Location: Head Office, Karawaci (Work From Office) | Field Visits to Papua (2x/year, fully covered)
Deksripsi pekerjaan
- Flight arrangements to and from interior Papua and home cities
- Employee rotation scheduling among clinics
- Employee movements and logistics coordination
- Training coordination and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- BHP (medical consumables) and pharmacy restocking management
- Report submissions and reimbursement processing
- Coordinate medicine ordering, procurement, and timely delivery to clinics in Papua.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and clinic teams to ensure effective program execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding operational progress and supply chain status.
