- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Marine Sciences, Forestry, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Natural Resources Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in CSR, community development, or environmental projects.
- Strong understanding of mangroves ecosystems, conservation, and sustainable livelihoods.
- Experience in tree planting, eco-tourism, fisheries, or forestry.
- Knowledge of regulations, FPIC, and social impact assessments.Strong project management, budgeting, and logistics skills.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and problem-solving.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and impact measurement.
- Skilled in negotiation and securing community participation.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement and manage CSR programs.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of mangrove rehabilitation and livelihood projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation aligned with company goals.
- Manage logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation while troubleshooting operational challenges for seamless CSR project execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, NGOs, government agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and impact measurement frameworks while monitoring program performance through data collection and analysis.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders and ensure compliance with CSR regulations, internal policies, and sustainability reporting requirements.
- Facilitate employee volunteering programs, handling scheduling, training, and participation tracking.
- Develop proposals and partnership strategies to expand the impact of CSR initiatives.
