- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise the impact of CSR programmes
- Passion for social and community development, with a commitment to making a positive differenc
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement effective corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes that positively impact the local community
- Manage the execution of CSR projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, non-profit organisations, and government agencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate CSR efforts into the company’s overall business strategy
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to CSR and community engagement
- Represent the company at community events and workshops, serving as a brand ambassador
- Mentor and lead a team of community development professionals
