Corporate Secretary, CSR & ESG

Kualifikasi Umum

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
  • Minimum 1-2 years related experience in the banking industry with exposure to corporate secretary
  • Strong interest and passion for CSR and ESG issues, with a commitment to making a positive impact both within the company and in the wider community
  • Have design skills will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in CSR or related fields will be an advantage
  • Experience in program analysis and monitoring & evaluation for CSR activities will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a positive attitude
  • English fluent (verbal and written) is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for daily work activities

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

CSR Duties:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring CSR programs and verifying proposals and budgets.
  • Conduct field surveys for prospective CSR beneficiaries and partners.
  • Promote CSR activities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Handle administration, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of CSR programs.
  • Compile impact reports and support preparation of CSR reports periodically

Corporate Communication:

  • Support external and internal corporate communications, including Content Management Systems (CMS) updates, reports, and content creation.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and email communications.
  • Monitor vendor performance for media monitoring services.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events (AGMS/RUPS, Public Expose, etc.).
  • Manage financial literacy programs and support media relations and press releases.

ESG Duties:

  • Support preparation of Annual and Sustainability Reports (AR & SR), and other required internal/external reporting
  • Assist in implementing ESG frameworks and integrating ESG into business strategies and acrosss various functions
  • Support prepare and monitor ESG reporting in line with regulations and industry Standards, and reporting Frameworks (GRI, POJK, IFRS, etc)
  • Support weekly Sustainability Committee activities and communicate the ESG policies and initiatives internally.
  • Prepare sustainability data, reports, and updates on green products.
