Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Forestry, Environmental Science, Geography, GIS, Statistics, or related fields.
- ≥5 years of experience in carbon/NbS projects (REDD/ARR/peatland) including PDD/MR development.
- Strong understanding of VCS/CCB standards and core principles (additionality, baseline, leakage, permanency).
- Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written), including technical writing and communication with international stakeholders.
- Able to work in remote field locations and coordinate with multi-stakeholder groups.
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop high-quality PDDs (baseline, additionality, leakage, safeguards, monitoring plan).
- Select appropriate methodologies (VCS/CCB) and lead technical sessions with consultants and validators.
- Establish MRV data architecture: QA/QC, versioning, monitoring plan, and field data campaigns.
- Prepare Monitoring Reports (MR) and close NCR/CAR on time.
- Ensure compliance with standards, carbon regulations, and coordinate with registry & stakeholders.
- Prepare VCU projections, buffer/leakage analysis, VVB schedule, and issuance roadmap.
- Manage the full PDD→Validation→Verification→Issuance workplan and conduct internal quality reviews.
- Build internal team capacity (MRV, GIS, data SOPs).
