KUALIFIKASI:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer in the energy or manufacturing industry
• Thorough understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address environmental issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using environmental monitoring and analysis software
• Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Has a Certification in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems will be an advantage.
• Experience in managing documents for PROPER and also familiar with SIMPEL KLHK.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
Environmental Monitoring and Compliance Assist in monitoring air quality, water quality, and noise levels as per regulatory and operational standards. Conduct regular inspections of emissions, wastewater treatment systems, and waste management processes. Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Support in preparing reports for submission to government agencies and other stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of environmental data, compliance audits, and permits. Assist in the preparation of periodic environmental reports (e.g., AMDAL, UKL/UPL compliance).Track and update the status of environmental licenses and permits. Sustainability Initiatives Participate in implementing programs to reduce carbon emissions, optimize resource usage, and promote renewable energy. Support tree-planting, community engagement, and biodiversity projects in surrounding areas. Incident Management and Risk Mitigation Assist in investigating and reporting environmental incidents (e.g., spills, exceedances).Recommend corrective actions to mitigate future risks. Training and Awareness Assist in organizing environmental training sessions for staff and contractors. Raise awareness about environmental best practices among plant personnel.
