Business Development Manager

Kualifikasi Umum

  • Candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree with strong academic qualifications with an Engineering background; MBA would be a plus.
  • 7 (seven) years of work experience in Sales / Business roles in B2B solutions preferably energy (Solar PV experience).
  • Must have spoken and written English.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Flexible, highly committed and result oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Attract new clients and oversee the sales process for the business.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks.
  • Identify and research opportunity in new and existing markets.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Deliver sales volume to meet targeted sales objectives.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • This role is urgently required.
