Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development or sales within renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical offerings into client value
- Extensive network within the energy and infrastructure ecosystem developers, corporates, and investors
- Strong in both winning new clients and growing established accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- High agility and ownership mindset, comfortable working in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment
- Familiarity with project financing structures and PPA negotiation will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Slides)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across solar and renewable segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, EPC partners, and investors
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, and proposal development to contract closure
- Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing models aligned with company objectives and profitability targets
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and policy updates to anticipate opportunities and risks
