Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, energy projects, or investment, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Strategic Business Planning & Market Intelligence, Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis, Energy Project Commercial Structuring, and Regulatory & Licensing Management.
- Possess certifications in Strategic Management, Project Investment, and Business Leadership & Corporate Finance.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the company’s business development strategy in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar panel systems.
- Formulate short-term and long-term business strategies for the company within the solar energy industry.
- Identify strategic business opportunities and initiate partnerships with potential stakeholders, including investors, vendors, government agencies, and financial institutions.
- Supervise the evaluation of financial, technical, and legal feasibility for the company’s major projects.
- Direct the preparation and submission of investment documents to shareholders or external parties.
- Manage pricing policies, commercial strategies, and key negotiation mechanisms for the company.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, regulators, and investors.

Its coal mine is loacated in Loreh Village, South Malinau District, Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan Province, Indonesia.
