- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience welcome
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Adaptive mindset, quick learner, and proactive in seeking the latest industry information
- Familiarity with research methodologies (e.g., data collection, analysis via Excel/Google Sheets, or similar tools)
- Basic understanding of agriculture, organic products, sustainability, or related markets
- Strong synthesis skills: Ability to analyse complex data and present clear, actionable conclusions (e.g., reports, summaries)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Conduct global market analysis on biochar from agricultural waste:
Track key players, geographies, operational scales, business models, production methods, sales channels, distribution networks, and real-world applications.
• Research product strategies and innovations:
Explore technological advancements, emerging trends, and sustainable practices in the biochar industry.
• Gather market intelligence:
Monitor global developments, identifying industry challenges (e.g., regulatory hurdles, supply chain issues) and opportunities (e.g., carbon credits, eco-friendly applications) to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide data-driven support:
Analyse and summarize insights to assist the CEO and team in product development, business strategy, and continuous improvement—all via desktop research tools.
