Kualifikasi Umum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Energy Conversion or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Have experience in Solar & Renewable Energy Sector (will be plus).
- Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Possess a growth mindset, always eager to learn and improve.
- Proficiency in English is a must
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise and maintain SESNA’s assets, including operators, to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Create maintenance reports and analyze them to identify trends, issues, and areas requiring corrective actions or improvements.
- Monitor and analyze performance data from photovoltaic (PV) systems, and track energy output, efficiency, and other relevant metrics to identify potential improvements.
- Ensure that maintenance activities and asset performance meet client expectations.
- Ensure the maximum performance of the PV Plants and a PV Plant downtime.
- Supervise contractors during maintenance activities.
