Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, CSR, corporate responsibility, or related areas.
- Good understanding of ESG and sustainability concepts , reporting, and data management.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects or sustainability-related programs.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with various internal and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint .
- Good command of English , both written and verbal.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to be located in Surabaya
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the development and implementation of the company’s sustainability and ESG programs in line with business objectives.
- Coordinate sustainability initiatives across business units and functions, including environmental, social, and community-related programs.
- Collect, consolidate, and monitor ESG-related data from relevant departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the preparation of sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, questionnaires, presentations, and other sustainability-related materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and documentation of sustainability initiatives.
- Develop sustainability communication materials and internal awareness programs in collaboration with the Corporate Communication team.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on ESG trends, sustainability practices, and relevant regulations/frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting evidence for sustainability programs, ESG data, and reporting requirements.
