- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in research, engineering, or energy-sector analysis. Fresh graduates with strong research portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interest in technical research.
- Understanding of power systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy transition challenges.
- Ability to independently conduct literature reviews and synthesize technical findings.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with engineering modeling or data analysis.
- Good technical writing and English communication skills.

- Familiarity with DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PLEXOS, PSS®SINCAL, HOMER Pro, or other energy modeling tools.
- Experience with Python, MATLAB, or power system simulation software.
- Experience with techno-economic modeling, optimization, or energy system analysis.
- Previous involvement in research projects, scientific publications, or technical innovation.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct technical research on power systems, renewable energy, energy storage, smart grids, and emerging energy technologies.
- Review technical literature, international standards, regulations, and industry developments.
- Develop and validate analytical models, technical methodologies, and simulation approaches.
- Conduct techno-economic assessments, scenario analysis, and comparative technology evaluations.
- Support the development of internal engineering tools, databases, and standardized methodologies.
- Analyze energy-sector trends and assess potential applications in Indonesia and other markets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to apply research findings to consulting projects.
- Prepare technical papers, research reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing materials.
