Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Forestry, Biology, Geology, Mining Engineering, or related fields. Master’s Degree in Environment/Sustainability is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of environmental experience in the mining industry, including at least 5 years at Superintendent or Managerial level.
- Strong knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, PROPER, Mine Rehabilitation & Closure, Mine Water Management, Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste Management, Air Quality, Noise, Biodiversity, Forestry & Land Use Compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, PP No. 22/2021, relevant KLHK/ESDM regulations, and Good Mining Practice.
- Proven experience in managing environmental compliance, regulator inspections, ISO audits, customer audits, and environmental assurance programs.
- Experienced in developing environmental strategies, improvement roadmaps, and site environmental performance programs across multiple mining projects.
- Experience in ESG, Sustainability, GRI Standards, IFC Performance Standards, or ICMM Principles is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with regulators, government authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, and local communities.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and people development skills.
- Familiar with environmental data analytics, Power BI, GIS/ArcGIS/QGIS, Advanced Excel, and digital environmental monitoring systems.
- POM certification is required; ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, POPAL, PLB3, AMDAL certification, or other relevant environmental certifications are preferred.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to mining project sites across Indonesia.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, will be an advantage.

- Lead and manage the implementation of environmental management, compliance, and sustainability programs across mining operations to ensure regulatory compliance, environmental protection, and sustainable business performance.
- Drive environmental risk management, mine water management, rehabilitation, biodiversity, waste management, and continuous improvement while supporting Good Mining Practice and the company’s ESG commitments.
