Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HSE.
- Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering/Public Health/Occupational Health/related.
- HSE experience in EPC construction, energy/solar energy is preferred.
- Knowledge of K3/HSE best practices for solar rooftop projects.
- Certificate of Safety Expert (K3 Umum) is highly preffered.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa and English well (verbal and written).
- Team-player who can work pro-actively under minimum supervision.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and socialize HSE related documents such as JSEA, WMS, and HSE Plan in the project area.
- Evaluate project area to determine potential hazards and take action to correct any kind of hazard.
- Manage and implement HSE procedures in project area.
- Recommend policy changes to better protect employees and the environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
