Kualifikasi Umum
- Willing to be assigned around Mindanao
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Forestry, Public Administration, or related fields. Master’s Degree is considered a professional advantage
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, community governance, or field operations within the environmental or development sectors
- Strong executive communication skills with fluency in English, Filipino, and Cebuano; Mandaya proficiency is highly advantageous
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement forest protection and management programs in compliance with DENR regulations, local ordinances, and project objectives
- Lead forest monitoring, enforcement, and community-based forest guarding systems to prevent and respond to deforestation threats
- Coordinate with government agencies, communities, and project teams while managing resources, reporting, and capacity-building initiatives
