Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the garment industry.
- Fluent in English (is a must).
- Proven experience in handling garment certification audits (GRS/RCS/OCS/EFS) and Brand Protection.
- Proven experience in handling social compliance audits (Better Work/WRAP/Buyer’s Audit, etc).
- Proven experience in handling mass balance (related to certification).
- Strong knowledge in OHS/Occupational Health & Safety (K3) & Labor Laws.
- Strong skills in creating Policy and Procedures.
- Ability to develop training materials and deliver them effectively.
- Knowledge of environmental aspects in garment factories is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to make frequent business trips to Central Java & West Java.
- Office located: KBN Cakung Cilincing, North Jakarta.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular internal audit to the factories
- Draft, review and revise internal policies and procedures
- Manage internal ESG implementation across operations
- Collect ESG related data, review and report to HQ
- Conduct regular training to the factories
