Kualifikasi Umum
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Chemistry), or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial environmental management (experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred).
- Environmental Regulations & Documentation: Proficient in drafting, reporting, and updating RKL-RPL (or UKL-UPL) documents, and well-versed in handling government reporting platforms (e.g., SIMPEL KLHK).
- Technical & Operational Skills: Solid understanding of wastewater chemical/biological parameters (BOD, COD, pH, etc.), as well as hazardous substance (B3) storage control and hazard labeling/symbolism.
- Environmental Auditing: Well-versed in the implementation and auditing processes of ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System).
- Professional Certifications: Possessing valid certifications such as PPPA (Wastewater Treatment Operational Manager), PLB3 (Hazardous Waste Management Manager), or AK3 Umum is a strong advantage.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and update environmental documents (RKL-RPL, AMDAL/UKL-UPL) and ensure timely submission of statutory reports to relevant authorities (e.g., SIMPEL KLHK).
- Assist the internal environmental audits and act as the main person-in-charge (PIC) for preparing, executing, and following up on customer or third-party environmental audits.
- Monitor end-to-end management of solid waste, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations, and Hazardous Substances (B3)—including usage, storage, and disposal compliance.
- Conduct periodic environmental monitoring/measurement and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent and resolve potential environmental non-conformities or pollution.
- Develop and deliver environmental training, socialization materials, and awareness campaigns for factory employees.
- Monitor overall factory environmental cleanliness and collaborate with HR/EHS teams to support fire prevention and emergency response activities.
- Facilitate environmental committee meetings and present periodic performance reports to management.
