Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Public Health, or related field
- 1-2 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U)
- Basic understanding of SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Risk Assessment, and CSMS
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s HSE programs
- Represent management in ensuring the implementation of HSE across all work areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations (Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia)
- Supervise the implementation of HSE and environmental programs with internal teams and contractors
- Conduct regular monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of HSE performance
- Provide guidance and recommendations on HSE matters to management and operational teams
- Promote and strengthen a safety culture within the workplace
