Kualifikasi Umum
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in social compliance (CSR) management specifically within garment manufacturing factories.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with social compliance standards such as SLCP, SMETA, BSCI; solid understanding of working hour compliance, compensation structure, employee interview protocols, grievance mechanisms, and minor/child labor control.
- Competencies: Results-oriented, strong resilience under pressure, excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- System Development & Management: Lead the establishment, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a robust CSR management system aligned with international standards and local regulations.
- Brand Audit Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and manage social compliance audits for key customers including Adidas and Uniqlo. Ensure all documentation, processes, and site conditions meet or exceed audit requirements.
- Audit Preparation & Remediation: Oversee all pre-audit preparations and drive corrective action plans (CAPs) addressing working hours compliance, compensation structure, employee interviews, grievance mechanisms, and child labor / minor worker prevention.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with production, HR, and operations teams to embed CSR principles into daily workflows. Liaise with brand representatives, certification bodies, and local authorities as needed.
- Training & Capacity Building: Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on social compliance topics, including labor rights, working hours, wages, and ethical conduct.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor emerging CSR trends, legal updates, and customer requirements to continuously improve the site’s social performance and risk mitigation.
