- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance engineering (mall, hotel, or high-rise preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (MV/LV, panel, genset, UPS, lighting, and distribution)
- Experienced in troubleshooting, preventive & corrective building maintenance
- Good understanding of building systems integration
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan

- Ensure smooth and reliable electrical operations within the building
- Plan and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor maintenance execution in line with budget, timeline, and company standards
- Handle and resolve electrical technical issues effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Control and optimize engineering budget for cost efficiency
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the team to improve performance, productivity, and teamwork
