Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Geodetic Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Hydrology & Hydrogeology Engineer in the mining industry, preferably in gold or mineral commodities.
- Strong experience in surface water and sediment management, drainage systems, pit dewatering, and pumping systems.
- Proven capability in designing flood mitigation structures and developing comprehensive water and sediment management plans.
- Proficient in 1D–2D hydrological modeling and the use of GIS.
- Solid understanding of hydrological principles, with the ability to conduct monitoring analysis, slope stability assessments, and site investigations.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills to convey complex hydrological assessments to diverse audiences.
- Excellent work management, planning, control, and technical report writing skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated effective and collaborative communication skills across departments.
- Strong understanding of occupational safety principles (HSE/K3) and the ability to apply them in daily work activities.
