Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or Biology.
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role, especially related to biodiversity assessment, HCV, HCS, or conservation project management.
- Proficiency in HCV, HCS, and Biodiversity Survey assessment methodologies.
- Able to conduct ecological data analysis using R.
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare reports and technical documents related to biodiversity for project needs.
- Integrate biodiversity data into company sustainability reports or annual reports.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities related to biodiversity and sustainability projects.
- Coordinate the implementation of biodiversity, HCV, HCS, and other sustainable project assessments from planning to reporting, including in the scope of carbon project development according to VCS Verra, CCB Standard, Plan Vivo, SRN, and other standards.
- Ensure and supervise that projects are implemented according to the plan, budget, and timeline.
- Understand the TNFD and Biodiversity Credit frameworks and be able to prepare feasibility studies and implementation mechanisms.
- Support publication activities in company’s website or other communication media.
- Maintain and improve communication, rhythm, morale and work ethic with line managers and other staff in accordance with company values (prudent, honest and technology driven).
