Kualifikasi Umum
- Min. 3 years of experience in HSE management within a manufacturing or industrial environment is necessary.
- Experience in Health & Safety specific areas like hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation is a must.
- Experience in Environment specific areas like aspect impact, environmental licensing, and pollution control is a must.
- Ahli K3 Umum Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with employees at all levels.
- People-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills are also important.
- Understanding with ISO standards like ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 is a necessary.
- Understanding of sustainability/GHG Emission is a plus
- Understanding of specific safety procedures related to the manufacturing environment (e.g., scaffolding, working at height, electrical safety, mechanical safety) is a must.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular hazard identification and risk assessments to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Review, authorize, and monitor work permits to ensure compliance with HSE standards and operational safety.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures in alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE and sustainability regulations; prepare and submit timely reports to management and regulatory authorities.
- Design and deliver training sessions to enhance employee awareness, capability, and accountability related to HSE practices.
- Establish clear communication channels for HSE updates and initiatives.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and prevent potential hazards.
- Manage the safe disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with legal and environmental regulations.
- Initiate and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact, promote sustainability, and support company ESG goals.
- Develop and deliver employee engagement programs and campaigns to build a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to promote integration of HSE and sustainability practices across business operations.
- Plan, lead, and participate in internal and external HSE and sustainability audits; drive continuous improvement initiatives based on findings.
