Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the garment industry
- Fluent in English (is a must)
- Proven experience in handling garment certification audits (GRS/ RCS/ OCS/ EFS) and Brand Protection
- Proven experience in handling social compliance audits (Better Work/ WRAP/ Buyer’s Audit, etc)
- Proven experience in handling mass balance (related to certification)
- Strong knowledge in OHS/Occupational Health & Safety (K3) & Labor Laws
- Strong skills in creating Policy and Procedures
- Ability to develop training materials and deliver them effectively
- Knowledge of environmental aspects in garment factories is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to make frequent business trips to Central Java & West Java
- Office located : KBN Cakung Cilincing, North Jakarta
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular internal audit to the factories
- Draft, review and revise internal policies and procedures
- Manage internal ESG implementation across operations
- Collect ESG related data, review and report to HQ
- Conduct regular training to the factories
